Tasmania is known for it’s fresh Atlantic salmon. Known as a staple on most restaurant menus or as a healthy protein choice, salmon (Salmo Salar) is a great source of Omega 3 & 6. Perfect pan fried by itself, marinated and grilled on the barbeque, or used as a protein in a traditional mid-week meal. Our fresh fillets are hand cut, aiming for portions around 200g minimum and packaged individually in vacuum sealed pouches.
Portions must be cooked before consumption. We guarantee 7 days shelf life from dispatching our factory.
